Module 1: Background and Basic Techniques

This series of lectures introduces investigators to the concept of apoptosis, presents basic techniques, and then explores more advanced methodologies.  The content emphasizes the building of multiparametric assays for measuring many aspects of apoptosis simultaneously, allowing the investigator to construct powerful assays for measuring cell death.
